INFORMATION:

End users residing in Italy are entitled to exercise the 10-year warranty if they have:

  1. purchased a new Tamron lens
  2. registered at www.polyphoto.it/garanziapolyphoto, providing all the required details
  3. within 30 days of the date of purchase

The “Polyphoto 10-YEAR Warranty” is valid for ten years from the date of purchase of the product. The date on the receipt issued at the time of purchase shall be taken as proof.

The warranty excludes defects resulting from one or more of the following events:

  1. Intentional or unintentional misuse (see instructions for use), improper handling of the product or modifications to the product itself
  2. Incorrect use of the product for purposes other than those intended
  3. Incorrect repair or servicing carried out by third parties not authorised by TAMRON
  4. Incorrect storage, use in extreme conditions
  5. External causes such as drops, impacts, sand, dirt, liquids or improper transport
  6. Signs of wear caused by particularly intense stress, even when used in accordance with the instructions
  7. Cosmetic damage
