DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage and allows for up to two product replacements at an additional cost.
To be eligible for Flyaway coverage, users must have linked their DJI account and remote controller to their drone using the DJI Fly app
If this mandatory step has not been completed before a flyaway incident occurs, Flyaway coverage cannot be used.
Please note:
1. DJI Care Refresh (1-year plan) can be linked to a previously purchased DJI product provided it meets the following requirements:
Currently, DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) can also be purchased from our DJI Online Store.
2. Upon purchasing DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be sent to you by email along with instructions on how to activate it and link it to the relevant DJI product.
3. DJI Care Refresh and the relevant product must be purchased in the same country or geographical area, as the benefits of the cover will only be valid in the region of purchase.
4. For each replacement request, you will receive a new product or one equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
